I have joined the club today. I never saw the Ranger in person until this box arrived today. I was originally holding out for an Explorer I, but the more I read about the Ranger, the more convinced I was that it would fit the bill. It does, and I love it!

I wandered into an AD this past weekend and took a look at the Ranger and was really impressed. Very cool watch.

Winter weather has been a bit warm for leather here lately, so I put the steel back on, and am getting to like it more this time. Makes a change to have old-style bar endlinks.

I'm finding that the Ranger and North Flag are getting an increasing share of wrist time these days.

I got mine today. Hello everyone!!!! The band is just a bit to small, but doable.

I recently traded in my Ranger - can you guys ever forgive me?

I just found myself choosing it less and less. I still wear my North Flag often though

Got the Ranger last month but they only had the leather option.

It was my birthday a few weeks ago so I treated myself to the bracelet. Collected from RSC in Malling, Kent...

It's like having a new watch, love it.

Looks great, I've really taken to the bracelet since I put it back full time last February.

Anyone get a ranger recently. On the website, it looks like they darkened the brown strap option and there might also be a burgundy NATO strap? Not sure if it's a glitch, but saw it both on my phone and ipad

I got mine recently but it came with the camo fabric strap. They released the burgundy strap at this years BaselWorld. Unsure of the darker leather option.

Thanks Adam. The thread on the leather strap has started to come apart so will be wearing on the bracelet for now, with it being warmer here thats not a problem though

I've bven admiring this watch lately in an AD window. Rugged and simple. I'd choose the leather strap, which would look great a bit aged.

Just added a Ranger this morning! First impressions are great! Really comfy, I love the fully brushed look - especially on the camo strap! It feels like a proper go anywhere, do anything watch. Very solidly built!

Can't decide on Bracelet or Strap though!

My new Ranger

I went to my local AD to check out a tudor bb heritage 41, being that I own a heritagè bb burg. IT seemed to much the same, then I spotted the ranger for the first time, it was love at first sight. Needless to say I own it and have been wearing it since without rotating as usual. I wouldn't change one thing about it, it's a happy watch and keeping excellent time well within cosc. BTW the center links on the bracelet are a teeny bit wider than my bb burg. Just my .02 Peace

Officially joined the club today!

I have been seeking out a field watch that would look appropriate and sleek on a NATO canvas strap and leather strap for a few months.

I tried Everest bands on my 16710 and while it looked really nice still didn't quench my thirst for a classic band/strap look. I didn't want to fool with my 114060 bc I dig the look on bracelet, so I thought the 214270 would be the perfect watch for that. After seeing the piece on my wrist it didn't really appeal to me.

While perusing some "field watch" reviews I came across the Ranger and thought, "This is it!"

Took me several months to find one that at a price I felt comfortable with but it was worth the wait!

The only unfortunate side is...I actually like this on a bracelet.

Congrats, it is such a simple but perfect watch. No fancy bezels or complications, the Ranger is definitely a less is more watch

Been a while since I’ve scrolled through the thread... The Ranger still looks as good now as it did when I first saw it.

The only rose dial in Tudors collection lives on, I thought it would have wilted today

I thought it was gone today for sure. Glad it lives on. Probably the best watch to wear.

I thought they would either discontinue it or upgrade it with the new in house movement and new dial

I joined to club today!! I picked up a pre-owned Ranger with a mint condition bracelet. I'm really impressed by the overall comfort and quality of the watch, especially the bracelet. I have added this to my collection with includes a Sub-C and Explorer I 39 mm and the Tudor bracelet is just as nice and comfortable as the Rolex bracelets. I had wanted to get the watch on the leather strap with deployment since most of my other watches are on the bracelets but I got a good deal on the watch with the bracelet. I planned on splurging for the OEM leather strap with deployment once I got the watch. However, the bracelet is so fantastic, it looks like I may not want to move to a leather strap.
