<<<<Batman vs Superman>>>>

Ok so there are various threads debating which one to get !
BLNR or Sub C Bluesy ? Here's a fun thread featuring both
Head to Head !!!

Well, I first got the Bluesy because it's one of my favs
of all time ...The rich sunburst blue dial is just fatal ....
It gets me everytime ... Plus the blue and gold combo is
just striking, pure bliss !!!

Needing a partner in crime to keep em company
The BLNR came along shortly after ....
A black mesmerizing dial engulfed by a circle
of whirling blue and black encased in a shiny and
not so shiny ( brushed ) silvery case piercing the eye !!!
Who could withstand such beauty and versatility ???
No one I tell you , no one !!!
Well, at least I couldn't....

The question still remains , which one ???
The correct answer is Both ...
In a collection they could easily co-exist !!!
Here's to TRF and its upstanding Citizens (members) for showing
me the light ....

Well, the Bluesy has blue and gold!!!
Wouldn't it be cool if the second hand was red
or a red date wheel? Ok just kidding ...
The only other Rolex I can think of with blue and yellow
is the Full YG Bluesy that you had and that wound
Superman's Father.... lol

Great pair. I really like my Bluesy and have thought about flipping my SD4k for a BLNR but I'm to attached to it.

Well , I love the BLRO and rolexdiver shot is awesome !!!!
Although to me a splash of blue and red on white gold with a
black dial doesn't really remind me of Superman.... Not saying it
doesn't work ...

Now the Bluesy is missing red but there's a lot of Blue and Gold
going on ... we'll just have to throw a red cape on the Bluesy then ...

Awesome pair!! I've actually been going back and forth between these two for my next purchase while I wait on the new Daytona. I'm leaning towards the BLNR for versatility and because I previously sold my bluesy 16613 a few years ago because I felt like it was too flashy. I'm considering trying it again, but this time in the newer 116613 version.

Both fine pieces but a Rolex sunburst always does it for me, none better.
