Let me this say this watch feels AMAZING on your wrist, the perfect balance and the weign is AWESOME Best of all I can wear it anywhere and being WG it doesnt draw too much attention IMO

Thanks TRF for costing me a fortune and a half

As for the wife, I grabbed her a new YM midsize platty, have not gotten any pics yet but I will

Adam

And I just noticed the bezel is off in my first two pics
Dude!!!! Amazing!!!! Congratulations!!!! Will Papa Smurf stay in your collection for the long haul? I have only tried on the smurf, however, in your words how does it compare to the 116718 (GMT-C)? Interested in hearing your thoughts! Congrats again buddy!

Hey Sam I like it more. This only because I like the look of wg rather than the yellow. It seems to fly under the radar if you know what I mean. I would be intereted to know how they compare weight wise...any ideas?

Yes hopefully this will be a keeper

Oh wow, that is one sweet grail of a watch!!! Are you done now for the decade? Or is this just the beginning?

It has been apparent from your acquisitions that you've been working up to something big like this, so big time congrats on making this happen and with the wife's blessing too?!! You have a great wife! I've been trying to get my wife a Rolex for over a year without success. She is clinging tight to her mid-size Omega Electric Blue and won't have anything else! I think I'll be able to change that for our 20th anniversary, I hope! Until then, more Rolex for moi!!!

I can see myself one day working up to that WG Smurf...but doubt I will pull it off this year. I think I'll get distracted by the new Explorer II when that one is available.

Congrats! Nice addition to the collection. If you are in mortgage you do deserve it. I am too in mortgage for the past 10+ years and know very well what you are dealing with in our industry. Hang in there and enjoy your new watch.
