I find this thread interesting since many choose to be witty, cometic, lame or serious. Since the others are not my rout I like serious and honest. I'm a 34y.o. Banker and I have worked very hard to be able to get where I am. I feel grateful to be able to have a nice collection of toys (watches, pens, cufflinks, motorcycles).

Just bought my first rolex this past week. Bought it on CC and like the post on page, I earn miles and use them to fly. I do smoke a pack a week, but that's about where my "entertainment" budget goes to. I work all day and rarely play. Staring at my wrist makes me enjoy the day a little bit more.

actually before buying my sub i made a calculation on how much i saved by quiting smoking 6 years ago (i used to be a heavy smoker, not chain but 1 pack a day). 2/3 of a rolex in 6 years even with the very low tobacco prices we have around here in comparison to eg the uk.

My typical day.

Wake up when the sun comes up.
Cry a little as I remember I have to go to work.
Man up and manage to sit up in bed.
Help my wife get my son fed and ready to go to baby sitter (aka grandma)
Eat
Drive to work.
Cry for 5 more minutes in parking lot at work.
Compose myself for 5 min and go to cube.
Stare at my laptop for 10 min
Go to bathroom for 2 hours.
Comeback to cube and stare at laptop for 15min.
Go to lunch for 2 hours.
Come back and cry in parking lot for 10 min
compose myself again for 5 min
Go to cube
Saw "Ah _____ it!"
Go home.

Agree with you on that one. I've a mate who's a heavy smoker. He must go through a brand new sub every 2 years & he's been a smoker for 25 years.

Another guy I was friendly with in our 20's drove a porche - no-one could understand how he could afford it. He said - I don't drink & I don't smoke !!
