Man, now that's a very nice looking set of time pieces. Yep, could make it through life with those. I especially love the wear on the Explorer. Just like a favourite pair of jeans....just keeps getting better.

14060M SUB and a Platinum Day Date would do it for me.
Just need to hit the lottery for DD.

If choice is restricted to two Rolexes, it would have to be these two:

In my Rolex line up it would be these two....but eventually I'm going to add a PT DD2. Then I won't know what to do.

If I could have any 2 Rolexes it would be the icons...

Milsub....

...and Paul Newman Daytona

As for modern I'm pretty smitten with my current blues brothers...

EXPII 216570: Wrist presence, outstanding legibility, great for travel, comfortable oyster bracelet thanks to Easylink, built for the long haul. This has become my daily wearer/beater.

The lume on the hour markers doesn't match the hands on your ExpII. This looks like a fake. Hope you didn't pay much for it.

For me it would be 326938 and 326939!
The best of both worlds as per YG for "Spearmint Rhino", and WG for church the next day, but also sport with the heft and size and classic with the fluted bezel, precious metal and complication!!

DJ2 116300 (which I have) and BLNR Batman which will be next. Only two watches I'd ever need.

SS subC w/date & Plat DD40 would fill all my needs.

Alternative: SS SubC w/date & YG SubC (blue sunburst). Current setup and seems to work very well.

Maybe the BLRO and the 116619LB. I like the subtlety of the white gold but that would be a hard choice to make. I currently have a scaled back version of that pair and I like the versatility of them. One thing I know is that I would always have a GMT and I would always have a sub. Still in regards to the dream team ... I am enjoying the SS models and I really don't know that even if my ship did come in, I would make the leap to WG or just stick with stainless. Oh well, I have the rest of my life to ponder that decision.

There are great fantasy choices here.

But for something to wear all day, but cost noobject?

DD WG green.
GMT WG BLRO

The white gold is stealthy if you don't pick it up.

This. The only thing that I'd say is a platinum gmt would work as well instead of platona.
