Your 5 dream watches

If money was no object.

I would have:

Everyday Watch: Rolex GMT BLNR
Chronograph: Royal Oak chronograph 26320
Gold: Rolex Day Date 218238 yellow gold
Smart: Patek Calatrava 5227
Holy Grail: Patek 5270

Total cost is roughly just under £200K

Im only 19, and currently my watch collection only consists of a Breitling SOH chronograph and a Rolex GMT BLNR (On order but collecting it this month!). But one day having those 5 pieces is my dream.

Question and a half that one!!!

Nothing overly complicated for me...so:
5227 patek for refined occasions
15400or ap for bling and chunk
Some thing by RM for trendy
A sub and a Daytona! For sports and manual work

We can dream

For me, more money spent wouldn't mean more satisfaction.

And I would like to keep my collection to 5 as I know I could keep adding more and more, but 5 I feel is a sensible number to stop at.

I will easily enjoy a tourby and a perpetual calendar as daily watch, if money was no object.

I'm pretty content with my collection, maybe add 1 or 2, but less is more for me these days and that includes complications which I just don't really use and they often clog up the dial.

Hmm... I'd say:
Day-Date 40 - Platinum with baguette diamond bezel
Yacht-Master - Rolesium with sunray blue dial
Deepsea - Deepblue dial
Sky-Dweller - White Gold Black Leather strap
GMT-Master II - Iced out white gold (just since price is no object)

I'm happy with my current 4, I've got my eye on a Tudor BB or TTsub sometime in the future.

An answer I could be content wih would take hours to achieve, but if only considering modern pieces, they could be roughly: a Patek perpetual chrono, a 116619, a 116520, a 116718 and an AP 26320.

Allowing 5 options does not force tough enough decisions.

I have five Rolex watches now and it's about right. Had seven and gave one to each of two sons.

These would be my ultimate five:
- PP Aquanaut Travel Time 5164A, SS or YG, on rubber
- Sky-Dweller in RG on leather
- PP Nautilus 5726A SS or YG, on leather
- Cellini Dual Time (or Cellini Date)
- Omega Globemaster (or Tresor)

I intend to keep my daily drivers even if I was able to afford even one of the watches listed above.
DSSD
DJII
SubLV
GMT-C tt
BLNR

Im happy with my 116520 and my 26320. But I may trade my 116520 for a VC Overseas Chrono or a white gold Daytona soon!

Excluding ridiculous pieces (sky moon tourbillon, etc.)
ALS zeitwerk (minute repeater if really money no object)
Aquanaut travel time
The rose gold yachtmaster
Blancpain bathyscaphe fly back chrono
5th one hmmm probably something from AP, most likely a 15202, maybe a ROO panda on bracelet.

Off the top of my head...

5208P, 5970G, AP Jumbo Tourbillon RG, ALS Double Split, Platinum Daytona for a beater.

Plenty of others I'd want too

Patek 5016 (gotta have a Patek minute repeater and 5016 is my fav. out of all of them)

Patek 2499 (gotta have a classic chronograph and Patek makes the prettiest one)

Rolex Platinum DD 40 or vintage Daytona panda dial (No collection is complete without a Rolex, can't decide which one I like better though, sure Daytona is a classic, but there's something quite special about a hefty Platinum DD on your wrist)

GF GMT (my current fav. watch, the workmanship is impeccable, better than any big brands like Patek or AP)

Urwerk CC1 (my fav. Indie watch, horizontal retrograde bar display of time, it's not a pretty watch, but it is interesting for sure).

Apple watch as my daily watch, it's a useful watch, though it's not my or anybody's dream watch, lol.

As soon as I'd get 5, I'm sure I'd want something else. I don't think I'll ever be satisfied no matter what I get.

Panerai 3646 (for staring at or when I want to go period correct vintage diving)
Panerai 21 (everyone needs a daily beater, and well, I like cushion cased vintage divers, see above)
Patek 5980 (I'm a simple SS guy, well except for the Platinum 21 above and I don't even like chronographs, but what the hell, the case is perfect size and fit for me)
Rolex 116619 (this is my "nice" diver that I could wear on my fishing boat to match. Maybe this will be my tuna fishing watch)
Zenith Defy Xtreme Tourbillon (I'd buy this just to smash it and have one less in the world)
