Co-Branding Question

Curious. The history of Rolex with co-branded dials goes way back and is well documented. Tiffany & Co. is but one example. Do any retailers still sell co-branded Rolex? Does Rolex still permit this? Experts please chime in. Thanks. (Bamford is NOT what I had in mind)

Bamford is disgusting and we do not speak about them out of respect to our hobby.

Lol @ bamford responses... Something tells me the co-branded is a thing of the past. Tiffany, COMEX and PANAM are the last ones I can think of.

Co-breading is typically an attempt to raise the equity of both brands by showing a mutually beneficial value proposition where the two become greater than the sum of their parts. Rolex did this in the past, in a time when they were not the massive alpha brand they are today. Now that they sit atop the food chain, there's little value unless it were with an ultra-high authority brand. For insurance, NASA might send a man to Mars wearing a mechanical watch. (Not likely) But Rolex has done such a great job of distinguishing it's brand in this way, now it would have to be something truly remarkable to be worth while. Even James Cameron's project didn't make the dial moniker. Anything less would only dilute the massive equity they have created. Despite the tons of gold Rolex stores in its basement, the brand remains its greatest asset.
