6263 Prices

I was looking at 6263 prices , Why is nearly every seller have them POA .

If you want $40k why not just advertise it at that ? ,I guess i'm missing something

I own a lovely 1986 Big Red Black dial with all the lum plots in perfect condition and was trying to gauge its current market value , purchased some years ago from shear time this beauty http://www.sheartime.com/product/198...ona-ref-6263-3

Anyone willing to advise on current market prices for the same watch , Thank in advance

I don't know the price, but what a fantastic watch. The older ones were so much cleaner looking.

I think it's a bit of a game. To a non-wis these pieces are just highly collectible because X or Y has one. The value is whatever the seller feels they can get. As an example I was offered £7k for my full-set Gt White, but when I politely refused, I was told it could go on their website at £18k and see what happens! Have you looked at website called collectorsquare, it collates auction house sales results?

My best guess is that would be 45-55k even though its not a full set. Seems like the black dialed versions have been higher than the silver/panda/white dialed versions. A lot comes own to condition and with all lame plots etc that commands a premium along with undamaged bezels. At the end of the day...you have a great watch...ENJOY IT!!!
