93150 904L bracelet with 316L end links
Please pardon me for what may be a dumb question, but I have a 1966 GMT Master with a 93150 bracelet that has seen better days. Since I wear my 2007 14060m Submariner on a NATO, is there any downside to placing its bracelet on the older GMT? I am concerned about wear factor if the 904L is a harder steel than the 316L.
Thank you for your time! |

There is not a significant difference in hardness between 904 and 316 steel in use.
(actually, the 316 is slightly "harder" than the 904)
