WG Sub Sunburst Dial?

Is anybody else interested in one? I had the smurf and it was just a little too smurfy. I love the dial on my YG Sunburst. I like the contrast between the bezel & dial vs. same color.

Do you think they'll eventually change it or leave the 116619 unique? Maybe Basel 2017? Who would buy one? I think I would.

Don't get me wrong, I really liked the smurf. Just wasn't quite there after getting the YG Sunburst dial.

I wish I had the cash for this and the BLRO. Both are stunning watches. You're right though, that Blue dial is just amazing.

Would be cool, another idea is a graduated dial like the DB, maybe from dark to a lighter blue. Would be interesting and keeping it distinct from the YG.

If the WG Sub had the blue sunburst dial, it would be a winner.
The pastel blue shade is a deal breaker for me, and I will not buy one.

I would like to see one but I'm actually a big fan of the flat blu on the smurf. I hate Rolex for not making it a steel model but I suppose it would be their #1 seller then.

Completely agree that the pastel is a deal breaker. It's far to feminine and peacock for me. If it was a sunburst or midnight blue with a matching bezel in white gold I would buy two.

I think each dial has its merits, but don't anticipate this change coming anytime soon (personally).

That would be awesome. I like playing with the light on my watches and for that you need a sunburst dial. At the moment I have an Ivory dial which I really like but wish it came out with sunburst as well.

Smurf gets a ton of love here, but I've just never fallen in love with the blue dial color. Sunburst would be a home run!

Sunburst is beautiful, but the WG sub is very unique with its unmistakable "wet" blue dial. Gorgeous.

I like it so much that I searched for the non-sunburst 116613LB for a while. Never found one for sale!
