May be a strange question

But how many of you wear your watch when you are sleeping?

I wear my Sub but not my DeepSea. My wife always puts something in front of that darn alarm clock.

This is the best policy.

The comforting embrace of cold steel gives me better dreams though, so that may change in the near future.

Never wore it to bed but the idea of wearing it while in a hotel is a good idea. Always worry about a theft!

I always sleep with a watch on. Before I had lasik I had horrible vision, couldn't see my alarm clock 2 feet away. So I got in the habit of wearing it to bed so I could see the time in the morning. Now it feels strange not to sleep with one even though I have 20/20.

When traveling, the GMT stays on my wrist 24/7. At home, the Luminox is the night watch.

I only take off my watch to swim. But even that is not really necessary.

I never wear a Rolex while sleeping ... unless I fall asleep at an unplanned moment.

Me too. Always wear my watch in bed. Just feels right to know that I can see the time at any point, anywhere. Part of the appeal of tool watches... ;)

I never used to until I got my first Rolex (GMT II) because it so comfortable to wear. Its much easier to lift your wrist to see the time than to roll over and focus on a clock across the room.

Mine goes on a nice soft micro-clair cloth when I go to sleep.

I always wear a watch when sleeping, but not usually a Rolex just in case I bump it on something. I like to be able to see the time at any time during the night without having to press a button on my iPhone.

50/50. Depends on whether I feel like wearing it to sleep (or forget to take it off). Most often, it rests on the nightstand during those REM hours.

Curious as to how many wear their Rolexes (or any other timepiece) while 'gettin' it on'? Sports models like a Daytona or Submariner would seem to be the most appropriate in terms of time-keeping and endurance priorities.

Every single night.

I prefer glancing at my watch than a digital alarm clock or my phone in the middle of the night. I like my room pitch black.
