Submariner Rehaut Rolex Letters to Minute Marks

New member here. I am interested in the alignment of the ROLEX letters to the minute markers on the rehaut. Looks like they should align about perfectly by observation. Appreciate any info in advance on this subject persuant to an understanding of factory variation.
