Wow on the pics. I went to Munich right before I proposed to my now wife. It's a beautiful city. We covered a lot in 2 days and we absolutely got a kick out of the Augustiner beer garden. Great food and drink!

Thanks guys!
I'm enjoying my time here. Today going to visit Salzburg, next weekend Berlin, next Nuremberg, then Prague, that's it for the time being... As for the staircase, I did a re-shoot with my newly acquired Nikon D800 (yes GAS but I've been waiting ages for it...) great pix!! with spring, you'll be out there more.
not sure which staircase shot i prefer....the first one has this element of being swept up into the staircase, which the 2nd one lacks, while the second one is a bit more abstract feeling (definitely crisper, too). either way, nice work. Quote:

I only have vague beer laden memories of Munich during Oktoberfest 20 years ago. Maybe a return visit as a mature adult is warranted. Thanks for sharing. |
