Sent in 2 weeks ago, got my reply today.
Sent in my 26470ST Navy into the shop through the AP Lounge in Hong Kong two weeks ago. I had to call them three times to get my estimate, which was ready a week ago. Unbelievable

Thats not good to hear. Perhaps use a different service center next time and hopefully you will have better luck.
