Not sure why it took me so long to indicate my interest to the AD, but after a couple months wait the call came in. And oh wow, it's fantastic and just so comfortable. It is my first Rolex with PCLs since a Daytona about a decade ago. PCLs felt too dressy at the time and the Daytona found a new home, but maybe the passing of time has made me really appreciate the 'lift' that PCLs give the Batman. It fills a perfect slot in the collection - bridging the gap between sports/casual and something a little smarter. Here she is, and with her new family.

Congrats! And very nice collection you have there -- the BLNR certainly is a great addition to it

FINALLY got my BLNR. This watch has been on my list for years. I saw that they were going up in the secondary market and decided it was a good time to get on the wait list.

I got on the list at three AD's in Jan/Feb and last week I got the call that one came in.

Absolutely perfect - if you're on the fence get it now!

Here's a picture with my Tudor BB ETA that I was going to sell, but I just found out it's actually rare and i'm keeping it

Then the original OG Batman that my son has until he gets this one many many years down the road

How does it wear compared to the BB. Which one feels bigger on the wrist ?

Sounds kinda off base on the forum, but I'm not a "batman" character fan. I like my blnr for the colors of my line of work of over 35 years of fun filled days, along with moments of terror. Colors of the "Thin blue line".

No Doubt the BB feels bigger to me. I think I feel the thickness more than the diameter. Sometimes the BLNR looks larger because of the bezel, but I love the way it wears

First post but I have been researching the Batman for a while. I called every dealer in South Florida and they all said i would be on a waitlist and it would prob be a few months....one of them told me they had a rotating list amongst their salespeople and I would be next for her. I got on her list on Wed...and got the Batman 2 days later...today! So thrilled...I guess I got really lucky (I tried to push my luck and asked for a discount but they wouldnt budge).

Anyone switching up straps?

Had mine for about a month and half and only wore it with the PCL bracelet for about 3 days before swapping. Been sitting on a Black Rubber Everest ever since.

Just got the call from my AD. The BLNR is in! It will be added to the subc, polar explorer II 42mm and soon to be 500c White Daytona.

The next piece will come many years in the future and will most likely be a DD of some sort. For now SS is my jam.

This is a great thread to find!

Just got back from my AD.

Interesting experience in that buying this piece I wasn’t sure if it was purely due to demand or if it was due to actually liking the piece itself!

As I handed over the cc, I was still unsure.

Then I had it on in the wild for a few hours and I’m sold. What a great piece! Tried to capture the different look with flash and no flash.

Is it easy to get these at retail? All of the Rolex dealerships and Tourneaus in NYC are out. I can get a new one for $10,800 including tax but would prefer to pay retail.
