Lv ADs completely obliterated

In Las Vegas for my wife’s work conference, went to bellagio and two shops at caesars and almost nothing in stainless. A couple milgauses and mid size yacht masters and explorer 1 long hands but not a sub in site. It’s quite sad! Not to mention one of the dealers at caesars was just straight up rude.

Vegas shops have been meh.

I’m there for work and fun several times a year. Aria has a good Tudor selection at their boutique.

It's like that everywhere. Most are annoyed as everyone is wanting something they don't have and cannot sell. I think they are frustrated like the rest of us.

I hope Rolex ends the drought soon. Foolishly I’ve been looking for a stainless skydweller blue dial...

Perhaps sales people are getting rude and frustrated because majority of the walk ins want a SS Rolex and they get tired of saying no because they can't sell anything.....because Rolex won't supply them the SS models to sell....it's just a bad situation.

Sadly, the question is why would they? The prices are going nowhere but up, creating huge demand.

Not at the retail level. The secondary market which they reap none of those benefits.

If they are aware of this, this is the perfect time for Rolex to jack up the retail price. PP already did that.

I can agree with that statement. However on the flip side, Rolex is no PP. Not by a long shot.

Right, not in terms of the build.

But Rolex is the giant here, in terms of sales. What happens to Rolex is actually dragging up the prices for PP and AP to say the least.

Agreed. However in comparing the two there isnt much. If I wanted a complication, PP is the way. No way I'd pay PP prices for a Rolex. I'd buy a Timex and move on.

When the casinos have $5,000 and $25,000 that see regular use, is it really surprising for them to be sold out of $10k watches?

Tourneau had an explorer 1, yachtmaster 2 and the green text air king when I went there late Feb. I even saw a gmt in stock in the Wynn boutique. All stainless steel
