Check out Breguet, Marine and Classique lines, give the Mosers a run.

Your piece looks fantastic there. I’m deciding between the blue or rhodium dial in the DJ41 with fluted/jubilee. Definitely going to get one of them. Could convince myself to get both but I won’t. Question now is whether I get anything else to go along with the DJ or wait and see what strikes my fancy.

I find the Rhodium to be my preferred dial on the DJ41, and potentially more versatile than the blue.

I've seen a LE Bvlgari Octo Finissimo w/ a blue dial on Chrono24. Very sharp looking watch!

PAM512 is a strap monster and it will look great on your wrist/build. It looks small to you when looking down at it but you should consider striking the common wrist poses in a full length mirror, e.g. arms crossed on chest and watch hand in pocket; because IMO how a watch looks in 3rd person is the most important.

I got a chance to see a 512 (not the 574 I'd had to try on previously) on Monday. The size is great, very modest/timeless, and the thin case is comfortable. However, it didn't hit me in the gut/give me a visceral reaction that other watches have. As fun as it would be to change straps, I think I need a watch with a little more visual punch to draw me in. If the 512 were $2k I'd get one as a knockaround beater, but at approximately $5k pre-owned on the grey market, I'd rather put those funds toward a piece that makes my stomach jump. Both my girlfriend and a close friend with excellent aesthetic taste said that the look left them cold-- "just a basic vintage looking watch" and "just sort of 'there' without being eye-catching or remarkable in any way" were their core comments. If I had fallen in love with it I'd have happily disregarded their statements, but in context with my reaction it's clear that it isn't the piece for me. The search goes on...
