Camille Fournet buffalo nubuck

Absolutely impossible to find good images of the Camille Fournet buffalo nubuck online, so here's my new one for future researchers. It's a very refined suede. Actually looks rougher in the photos than in real life. This is the navy blue with ecru stitching. Scroll down for a couple daylight shots (the navy is more true to color in the first shots though). Will post a watch pic later once I transfer the tang.

Camille Fournet buffalo nubuck

Love the Nubuck.

I use vintage calf on my 5170G...makes it look much more sporty.

I had a similar strap from cf for my 5524 too but in ostrich leather. Very nice blue and white contrast stitches.

I got the same 5170g 001 as well and in the process of figuring out what replacement strap I wanted to go with it. Maybe I will try a causal look too after seeing yours

That combo really works. Gives it even more of a vintage vibe.

What material did you get on the inside? I heard CF makes a rubberized leather but don’t see it online.

Gold alsavel calf lining on mine. Looks fine but I think the beige looks better. CF's rubberized material is called caoutchouc calf leather - you can get it as the exterior leather, liner, or both.
