Patek 5164R

Hi all,

I just wanted to share a nice article on the new 5164R. It is from Fratellowatches.com and it is concise with excellent pics. I can't wait to see it in person.

pricing isn't as bad as i expected, though still well out of my reach. cant put a finger on it but I like the 5167 in rose but prefer the 5164 in steel. maybe it's the sportier design.

It's got a really nice warmth to it. I don't think I can ever pull off RG but I do love my 5164a.

I kind of agree, the SS has a lot going on so the RG is not so necessary for me.

Not for me as well. One of the great things about the Aquanaut is how low key it is and this takes away from that. Steel all day

I was never a fan of the Aquanaut, and it hasn't changed with the introduction of the 5164A. But this RG version is just stunning. Price-wise it's very close to the Nautilus 5990. Nautilus with a higher complication in steel, or Aquanaut in PM? :) Not an easy choice... I know, it's both
