Demo permits filed for NYC Rolex Building

I am a fan of good design and architecture. Along with some other developments, the new Rolex building in NYC is something I like to follow up on from time to time. Just read that the demolition permits were filed for the existing building and wanted to share with the community.

Getting the new building up is going to take many years but I look forward to visiting one day in the future.
