An update on the FPJ Lune octa Havana
Few feedback after trying it for 2 weeks: 1- it has lots of presence and brings lot of attention 2- it is not for everyone… you really need to like the Havana colour. 3- it is so much different than Patek dress watches(being a Patek collector)… much more flashy 4- this is a watch for the very long term. I am personally loving its very uniqueness. 5- i like it more than the CS. The blue lune brings a great contrast. In summary… the Havana is really great, if you dont care of future value because on this one, i think it will go either ways. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

[Value-wise, it will rocket. PP make 50,000 watches p.a. vs about 800 for FPJ.] |

one thing more...
the rose gold with Havana is way nicer than the platinum with Havana. the combination of rose gold and Havana is really great.

Such a beautiful timepiece. Although I don't like the brown straps FPJ offers. I think the Havana dial looks better on a dark brown strap. Acollectedman has a great example of a strap that makes this dial pop, especially when in a rose gold case:
https://www.acollectedman.com/produc...vana-rose-gold That's the strap I would put a Havana dial on. I'm patiently waiting and hoping I can get my hands on a Rose Gold Havana Dial CS, I love that watch. Oh and the values will definitely increase on this one, I have no doubt about that. |

As far as future value, they have already gone up quite a bit, and I don't see them coming back down. |

The Zurich from ACM is quite a bit lighter (they call it taupe), but someone posted a picture of their Havana CS on it and I liked it. It seemed to be almost the same color as the dial. https://www.acollectedman.com/collec.../zurich-20x19# |

The Havana dial works beautifully with both the rose and platinum case. Just depends on which you prefer.
Here is another FPJ strap on a Havana dial, the platinum CS. I love how this color works with the dial.

Amazing dial colour, I agree with a few other posters that the rose gold combo is the one to go for as it adds to the warmth of the dial. This is a future classic, if not already.

Pretty close to the dial color. In certain lighting, it looks exactly the same. |
