PP surely knows how to make watches that play wonderfully with light.

Congrats Neil, it's a beauty!

Thank you, yes the travel time function is so easy to use with the pushers, and also add some size to the watch which I do need as the watch wears small with no lugs.

I understand, the dial, timezones and size are all factors to consider as it is a significant price rise but worth it for me. And price rise is faster on the 5167 so you do well on the exchange.

I think it over next few days the only issue probably have sell the 5167 and then try source the 5164 . The other option is just go big and get 5164 R which easy to source but addtional £20k vs under additional £10k for steel

personal preference but to me the brown dials look outstanding on a gold bracelet (5711r). Im not convinced it works quite as well on a strap on the aquanauts. I went 5164a for that reason. Plus, for me, it leaves the door open for a 5711r in the future as i probably would not get it with a 5164r in the collection.

Watchcentre have an unworn one for retail if you want to trade in. Maybe Chris, GMT-Master, might give you a TRF rate.

I love the 5712 but I would also go for the 5711/1r if you can add £20K on top, the bracelet and feel is dreamy and sumptuous.

But guess will not have my name on the papers so unless getting good deal I am wondering if better sell the 5167 and go on a waiting list with one of the 2 ADs I have bought Pateks from in the past.
Isnt that watch listed £26.5k ?

Yes, they will probably sell for under £26K but WC do not always offer good trade ins so maybe best to go with an AD, but wait times are 3 to 6 months now so pluses and minuses.

Btw you’re right the aquanaut grey sunburst against the applied numerals is a thing of beauty in the right lighting.

Thank you gents, really love this watch, dial is just fantastic, and rubber is so comfy. Also the calatrava clasp is very nice, match my cufflinks.
