I’ve seen the olive one + gold a few times. I’m not a fan of gold but olive + gold looked really really good

Green is about my least favourite colour, but this dial really looks good - it changes depending on the lighting from quite light to almost black.

Now I am lookingfor the next occasion to gift one of these OP 26 because sometimes she does not feel comfortable wearing that watch:

Ladies, let's see your watches!

Here's my wife's current daily wearer, a Cartier Santos Galbee. Got it for her so she'd stop "stealing" my watches (lol). Just kidding. Somewhat.

My husband and I have matching Santos as well. We thought about wearing them tomorrow for the weekend. I’ll post the picture tomorrow!

Cool, I'd love to see that pic!

The wifey loves her sporty Santos and I think it fits her perfectly. She likes sport watches in general and has been "stealing" my watches since we first met, lol. This is how I found her in the living room a few weeks ago. I was so amused that I snapped a pic:

And it's a treat to see some fellow Ateneans on here! AMDG

The missus trying on a 31mm DJ at an AD.
She reckons it’s too big for her wrist but I think it fits perfectly.

Mu wife also likes Cartier, I got her a Royal Oak lady to match mine and she hated it! it made room for the Rolex pretty quick...

The only thing she liked about the AP (that I didn't) was thay it was quartz and she didn't have to wind and set before wearing, all she has now are mechanical and I usually do it for her.

Might be better off to just share watch collection with her! Although it might be a hassle for wrist size difference.

That’s an excellent collection. Looks similar to mine. You should just teach her to wind, it doesn’t take too long and she’ll get used to it eventually. Let her know it’s part of wearing the watch!

It looks like the Santos Galbee is a popular choice among women in this forum. Here’s mine, with my husband’s Cartier Santos 100.

Cartier Santos his & hers! The one I’m wearing actually belonged to my dad before he bought the bigger Cartier Santos 100 which is what my husband is wearing now, and gave the 29mm Cartier Galbee to my mom. My mom’s original ladies Cartier Galbee was a much, much smaller size. I like this 29mm size a lot more.

Funny, the Santos she wears now is from the 80s and belonged to my Dad... Tank as well but from the 70s.

I definitely think that the Santos ladies original size is way, way too small. What was considered men's back then is now considered ladies/midsize! Works for us ladies!
