Old Datejust question
Hi guys, I have a question regarding an ID of a watch. I work with a young guy in his 20s who doesn't wear a watch and really isn't that interested in watches. We got to talking and he mentioned that his late father had a watch that he inherited so to speak with a bunch of other stuff. According to him, his late father got the watch from his father. Anyhow, I told him to take a few pics and I'd see what I could find out. This IS NOT one of those, "my uncle gifted me this watch" threads that always end up in the watch being a fake. This kid, like I said, has no interest in watches and it was I that actually got him to take some pics. Anyhow, here is what he sent me. Warts and all. Is this real and if so, can you tell me about it?

Definitely looks real, not sure about the model number though. The roulette datewheel looks cool.
