Do you know what weight in grams your rolex is

Hi guys i was just looking at my rolexs ( as you do ) and i thought they are quite heavy on your wrist, so here goes. My 2002 model TT Submariner with 2 extra links fitted weighs 154.6 gram. My 2006 model 18ct everose Daydate with meteorite and diamond dial with 3 extra links fitted weighs 190.00 grams. Now for the monster, My 2010 model DeepSea sea-dweller with 1 extra link fitted weighs 219.4 grams. Thank god they dont make the DeepSea in 18ct gold. Have you ever thought what yours weighs. have a guess and see if your close...... P.S i used a digital gold scale to do the weights, so these are 100% accurate, and yea i have got big wrists.

No comment on above, but cannot see for the life of me this fixation with the weight of watches.Does making them heavy make them better,?? and the heavier they are the harder they full especially on the bathroom hard tile floor.

Heaviness conveys quality or value to most people. This is why Bang & Olufsen intentionally make their remote controllers heavier than they need to be.

Hey guys i just wanted to say in 33 years of wearing various Rolex watches, i have never dropped a watch on the bathroom or any other floor, so newtons law dont apply to me. At least with the weight of a Rolex on your wrist, you know if the thing goes missing.

I've never weighed them, and rely on JJ's butcher's good graces.

That goes for me too, if I ever wonder what my watch weighs in grams, I'll ring up JJ's butcher and ask. Should I want to know its weight in pounds I will take it to the feed store.

Are you sure? That's about 10 grams more than what's generally understood it "should" weigh. JJ has a table with this info. He has submitted it before.

I don't know how much mine weighs as I have never put it on the scales.

I have noticed my wallet is a damn sight lighter though, since I got the Rolex bug.

Not sure what difference it makes for stainless watches, but when you are talking about precious metals it reflects scrap value.

Did I say SCRAP???
