Stop bundling lolol. There's no need. The consumer has all the power now, not the other way around. Buyers market!

LOL

I would never do a bundle purchase like this, PM models may suffer a 30-40% loss in like 2 months, AD's prices, GM now I think they will pay you 28k max.

If you are ok losing this kind of money so no problem.

Pass, too much hassle to deal with a full gold piece you don't want.

Don't do it, prices will come down a bit and you do not want to take the loss on the CHNR

I am sure there are plenty here on the forum who will take it off your hands for msrp.

Win-Win

Good luck!
I take back my words OP.
Was under the impression the CHNR was the Two Tone
Pass on the full gold bundle!

Just shows how much I really know about the newer models

Pass no need for the gold gmt ,it’s a beautiful watch but a tough sell . It’s a buyers market.

Bad deal unless you want both watches. Unlikely you will recoup the MSRP + sales tax on the watch you don’t want.

Sounds like if you really want the Daytona, “save” money and buy it from a trusted seller.

wow, just realised it's the full gold version and not the 2 tone CHNR. I would pass OP...you'll lose money no doubt.

You’d be lucky to get $28k for that GMt from a grey

Hell no! Assuming you pay tax on both watches you will lose 8k minimum on the CHNR

This! He is absolutely right. People are not buying all gold watches like they were pre Covid 19 crisis. You may be stuck with it for some time. You might also get lucky that someone take it off your hands but less likely to happen.

Thought it was the TT...which would have been a yes. It’s a no for the bundle they are offering.

Lots of those gmts available at mrsp. Buy it only it you want it. I think you’ll lose if you flip it. There is a reason they have bundled it

Do you want both watches? If so, do the deal. If not, don’t buy watches you don’t want.

Definitely not a good deal since the GMT is the full RG. It's a hard watch to sell if you don't want to wear it and with today's economic situation, they are selling under MSRP. Don't do it unless (1) you really want the GMT as well or (2) you can line up a grey deal, but that will be tough.

Not if you don’t want the solid gold piece. Don’t spend 40k just to get a daytona at retail. It’s going to be tough to move the solid gold piece with this economy

Thats so funny, my AD bundled Pepsi SS with same 126715CHNR. Is there lot of 126715CHNR that they have to bundle them to sell it?

I’d pass. There is a reason there bundling together. If the could sell the GMT alone, they would!

They bundled the full gold CHNR because they haven't been able to move it and they want it gone.

The RG CHNR is a total grail watch for some but I would pass on that offer.

Now had the Daytona been boxed with the TT CHNR then that purchase was a given.

I was offered the same bundle in early February. I walked away because the AD was not willing to ship the watches and insisted on charging taxes. Depending on where you are, sales taxes could be $4-6K alone. On top of the depreciation you will get hit with reselling the RG Root beer, it doesn't make sense.

If you go with Grey's, you don't have to bundle and risk the cash outlay and risk not able to sell the Root beer... And likely you don't have to pay taxes (or you can negotiate the price with taxes included)... And pay less than what you end up spending even after selling the RG Root beer.
