Incoming SLA039

My first Seiko and wow…this thing is a beast! Built like a tank with a monobloc case, a lovely blue dial, wicked lume and a Hi-Beat calibre…what’s not to like A few pics:

Got it at 45% discount…

P.S. I should add that the build quality and attention to detail most definitely warrant a premium price.

Cheers! It’s wears surprising well for its size & heft on my 7” wrist. Mind you, for the last couple of weeks I’ve been wearing a 36mm Explorer, so the difference in size is stark

The build quality is truly amazing. It actually feels more substantive than my SD4K.

Yeah, especially considering the fact that it was brand new/unworn.

I have the SLA041, the anniversary Tuna, and it'sa fantastic watch.

Big, but built like that for a purpose.
Not that heavy, and the touches of steel stand out from the dark shell.

Cheers m8. Already dented it on a hike in Switzerland 😆 It’s a big boy, so I reckon this is a first dent of many to come
