Rolex Winding Vibration

I have a rolex sub y serial 16610. It was last sent to an RSC in Nov 2014.

I haven't worn my sub in 2 days so this morning I needed to manually wind it to get it started. While I was winding the watch with my right hand I could feel the casing vibrating in my left hand each time I turned the winder. This is the first time I've had this issue.

Does any one know what the issue is? Is it time for it to be serviced again?

Thanks
