You’ve described in few words what this watch is all about. Wait until you get it on your wrist... you’ll be more than enamored.

That is a gorgeous watch...
She's all about elegant proportions, robustness and identity.
The single red and cyclops add to her unique character, she's beautifully exclusive, isn't she?

Would have loved to see the SD4K with the red text.

The SD43 is not the same size as a DSSD but FWIW, my wrist measures roughly 6 3/4".

I have ~7" wrist and personally found the DSSD more comfortable to wear than the SD43. DSSD is noticeably thicker though. My recommendation is to try and seek out the watches and try them on to be sure how they fit your hand. Measurements don't always tell the whole story.

Thanks to both of you. I have yet to see one in person, I've only tried on the SD 40mm but this one has really piqued my interest.

who would have thought a tiny small red text would make such a huge difference. Rolex does and so all of us SD43 lovers. :-)

Happy Fri-yay to all TRFers. I’m thrilled to put on this watch, coming from the 16600 to this 126600 is quite a jump. It’s a constant reminder, I’m wearing a watch, due to the heavy weight on the wrist. Regardless, I’m very much enjoying this beauty & a beast single red SD43. Have a great weekend and wear yours in good health.

Congratulations

Of course it's heavier than the 16600 (182 vs. 143g) but after a day or two and you will no longer notice it My heaviest watch comes in at 217g and that one starts to make itself known after the work day comes to an end, but the 126600 is perfect.

It's of course important that the bracelet fits you comfortably. Many owners have elected to remove the diver's extension in favor of regular links only. I've still got the ext. but I may give all-links a try considering I don't need the ext. for my desk-diving activities

So keep us posted and feel free to post a wristshot anytime you're in the mood

Thanks for the info - not actually sure what's more pertinent, L2L or EL2EL... but still, the 126660 is smaller than I would have imagined.

What a beauty.
Every time I look at this watch in pictures I remember the time when I was still waiting to be able to pull the trigger on mine.
What a beautiful shot and gorgeous sexy watch.
Still trying to understand how a small tiny red line can make such a huge difference.
