Does this mean the parent company "Bachendorf's" has multiple stores, with one of which not being an AD which sells secondary? Interesting if so and Rolex is ok with this.

My AD is part of a chain of 5 stores, only 3 of which are Rolex ADs, so this is not that unusual. Some are Tudor ADs, but not sure any carry both Rolex and Tudor. Mine is Rolex only.

As mentioned above, that location is not a Rolex AD since the opening of the Highland Park boutique. They sell pre-owned pieces (some maybe unworn?).

Interesting and makes sense since Rolex would then need to allocate X more watches to a separate AD in or close to the same market which wouldn't make sense.

It’s an interesting situation. I wouldn’t be surprised if they are funnelling some new watches to this location to sell for market price. This is only speculation, but it is plausible.

People don’t read these threads very well. It’s already been noted that although this jeweler is a Rolex AD at two of its stores, the offering the watch at over MSRP is not a Rolex AD.
Bachendorf is one of the oldest Rolex dealers in Dallas, and opened a Rolex Only Boutique just a couple of years ago. No way would they risk their franchise by channeling new inventory to their non-AD store just to make a quick buck. The last Dallas Rolex AD that had some shady dealings lost their franchise.
