This caught my attention.

I'm not a Breitling guy but this is a Stunner!. Any idea how much would be the price of this on the pre-owned market?

Pre-owned you are probably looking at 2100-2500 depending on the condition. Personally I'd have a look at the superocean heritage II with the ceramic bezels. I find them to be much nicer in person than these versions. I had the 46mm version of the watch you posted and I found the bezel insert scratched and chipped much more easily than my rolexes.

I'd vote for the ceramic bezel version as well that comes with the in house movement. There won't be many on the preowned market just yet but there are deals at ADs.

I'll check the Ceramic if they have at least 39-40mm on that Blue. 42mm and beyond is too big for me.

Comes in 42and 46.
42does not wear big at all.
I have a 6.5 wrist and frankly wears smaller than my Sub.

.....and as others have said, go ceramic all the way. Better look and movement.
