Just received word my wait is up! Should be here early next week. Was on wait list for little under year. Prior purchase of a SD 43 they had one in less than 3 months.

I got mine this month too, I think they (116500s') are now eventually starting to come through, and like you alluded to if they know your history and that importantly that you are an end-user and trusted, repeat customer, and not a flipper, I'm pretty sure that your wait is less than expected due to this fact.

Just be aware that compared to your SD43 it's going to feel very small indeed, it wears more like a 39mm than 40 imo.

Great combination of watches that you will own.

Here is mine and I wear it whenever I can.

Size is a concern so I am going to try it on. Don't have the smallest wrists but should be ok.

Thanks. Tried on the white gold and while smaller it’s not too smal. Good change up from the sd43 and will let me again realize the “heft” of the SD.

Gets here Monday, will update with pics.

Wasn’t expecting the call for another year or so but glad it worked out. I can’t believe these are selling for nearly double on secondary.

Unsure if the dealer will make me take stickers off, hold warranty or ? But doesn’t matter as the watch is staying with me. My guess is nothing as it’s not a direct Rolex store.

I could be wrong, but I thought I remember reading that the steel version is smaller than the gold version.
