Perhaps a white gold daytona panda based on the reverse panda LeMans format but just in the catalog and not a "LeMans" edition

This is spot on

Discontinue the Explorer 2 as well as the Yachtmaster 2 steel variant.

My thoughts on the Explorer 2 as its a tough one to say. I believe this model has lost its place in the Rolex line up. With the upgrades to both the Sub 41 and new releases of the GMT's, I believe the Exp2 is redundant. Its joins the brushed finish of the Sub with the GMT function in the GMT. Its seems like its the odd child. I think Rolex is moving away from redundancy and will shift its focus to the GMT. I believe Rolex can introduce a more rugged dial or maybe provide an Oysterflex to the GMT to provide the asthetic of the Exp2. Who knows maybe even make an all Titanium GMT to really capture that rugged asthetic of the Exp2. I think more collectors gravitate towards the GMT and would rather own several GMT's VS owning even one Exp2. I think the GMT is going to be the direction of the GMT function and will phase out the Exp2 this year.

Next is my take on the YM2. I think the steel version of the YM2 is missing something. The dial is very bold with the white and blue contrast. Its very loud with the oversized case as well. It doesnt do what the two tone or full gold variants can. It feels underwhelming. The white dial works much better on gold then it does on steel. I have rarely seen many collectors grasping for the steel YM2 nor have I seen many in the wild. I believe this is a model which never caught on and never will. I do think its a cool watch. It just needs some re-thinking by the designers to change the direction it originally had. I dont think its a bad watch. It just needs to take a retirement at this point in time.

YM Ti42 will be killed. Rolex had a limited supply of Vanta Black (100% light absorbing material) for the bezel.

I don't remember when that day was, but good riddance. Gigantic, ugly, useful for one incredibly specific purpose...

Yeah, but a new Yacht-Master II in a Daytona case, but a tad bigger, 41?, 42? with a smaller bezel width... with the pusher at 4 o'clock that can easily set the minute countdown hand when the chrono is stopped by repetitively pushing it, so you don't have to go through the weird gymnastic of turning the "command" bezel all the way to the left, pushing the button at 4, unscrewing the crown, etc...

Oh, and have some kind of movable outer-ring on the fixed bezel. When you turn the outer-ring, the teeth underneath unscrew both chrono pushers at the same time... now I'd consider it!

Like most I anticipate a Coke GMT but also see them discontinuing the Olive dialed DD which would be a real shame IMO.

I hope to see a 43 mm Sea-Dweller in 18K yellow gold. I'd snatch that one up!

I’d like to see a blue dial option for the two-tone DJ41.

A Coke GMT is always just around the corner. One day the predictors will benefit from the stopped-clock-is-right-twice-a-day principle and be so pleased with themselves.

I'd really like to see a WG BLRO on Jubilee, but I can't predict if it will happen.

I was thinking if they came out with an exp1, with the dial being white is my predictions.

They make exp2 in a white dial, and why not for the exp1, that would be nice in 36mm.
