Graduated from high school and parents gave me first Rolex as graduation present - Datejust

Wore my Datejust through college career and early business career - 24 years total.

B.S.B.A. degree (Bachelor of Science in Business Administration) - University of Richmond
M.B.A. degree (Master of Business Administration) - University of Pittsburgh

Wore many other watches from 2007 - 2017 when I flipped my Datejust (Montblanc Sport Chrono, Longines Hydroconquest, Tag Heuer Carrera Twin Time, Omega SMP 300c, Tag Heuer F1 chrono, Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra "Skyfall", 2 Casio Edifice and 6 G-shocks)

Decided to consolidate and become a "one watch guy" again and, as of January 15, 2018 I only wear this...

Buying my first Rolex. Can’t decide on - wait for it - dial color. I know the model, size, bracelet/bezel. I don’t know if I should be posting in this thread yet ?

No degree but currently own ceramic lv, ceramic ln, and sky dweller ss white dial..

Here in my country, you will never afford this kinda hobby by working for somebody else. So practically you dont need to finish your study instead work your own business right away.

Night school accounting, not what I do.. just to get a degree. Always understood money, otherwise I’m dumb as shit. Self made but wife now runs our business so I work for someone else to occupy my time and stay smart...plus they pay me well to do essentially nothing.

I agree with everyone else that has said can’t be rich working for someone else.

I will also say wealth and income are 2 different things.

Thoroughbred janitor (i.e. law degree) - moved mostly away from Rolex but have a Ceramic GMT and a 42mm polar sitting in a safe somewhere.

Faber College (0.0 GPA)

Enjoy my 16710 GMT II. Bought it new in 2001 while in the military after a promotion. $3300 for a watch seemed like a waste of money back then. It is still the most enjoyable watch I own.

Dual major BS in Corporate Finance and accounting, from a Boston area school. Never really utilized the accounting portion post graduation though.

Rolex only models are LVc and BLNR.
