Just as a curiosity, do you fellow officers wear your nice watches on duty? Personally, I do but depending on the activity I’m doing, I may take it off. For example, if I’m getting suited up in a bomb suit, or getting geared up for a high risk warrant I will usually lock up my watch and my wedding ring in the locking vault in my GOV.

If I am in a uniform on a given day I don’t wear mine. I usually wear either a Seiko diver or a Tag Fomula 1. I will wear them if I am in a suit or other civilian attire.
