Fake? No. Refinished dial? Perhaps, can't tell. Too blurry.

Also, the letter "I" is missing in the "Shock Resisting" text

Dial looks a poor rework
We also need photos of the number between the lugs at 12.
With that a more informed decision can be made.

Not sure how easy or hard to find an original Rolex dial.
