He's also accepting offers. I'd say $5K tops. (Maybe the guy just made a typo in the price.)

It looks like it has a spider cracked dial, that should add at least $95,500 to the value....

Come on guys, it isn't that bad, he lets us make an offer!
I'm sure I can get it for 88k! Maybe 85 if he's in a good mood!

Who knows, maybe there is a billionaire wanna-be vintage collector who will take it. At least it is not a scam. Just really really stupid.

You guys are being a little harsh.....I mean, it DOES keep PERFECT time and, on top of that, it comes with a NEW Rolex box!

Well I agree this one is way overpriced but at least one Pepsi has sold for more . . . but it was owned by an astronaut and he wore it in space (maybe to the moon, I can't recall). It was sold at auction in the last year or two.

I bet you this guy would accept a $5,000 offer in a heartbeat though. Some people do these tricks setting some bait for idiot buyers, believe it or not. A guy will see this who does not have so much knowledge in value and try and offer him $10,000 thinking he would never accept and it would be a great deal, and boom, he accepts.. I've heard of this tactic before, not so sure it would work on 4k~~ watch though, usually works for lower value as people tend not to search them.
I bet hes got it on auto-accept offers over $5,000 LOL |
