These have been available for a while.

Priced very high (cognac leather was around $300), but they are definitely very well made and probably the best natos I've ever seen.

They've been around for a while. Nice, but too expensive at $170.

Are they 5 times better than Blu shark, or 10 times better than a standard Nato?

I certainly don't think so.

It is still cheaper than an OEM Tudor fabric strap, and Omega is meant to be slightly higher in the hierarchy than Tudor.

Are you suggesting that if Patek bought out a Nato strap it should cost $1500 to maintain their place in the hierarchy?

I think most would agree Tudor is also guilty of price gouging, but that still doesn't make it right. I have a Tudor strap, but it came with the watch. I wouldn't pay Tudor's prices either. If I recall correctly the Tudor strap doesn't even come with the hardware, you have to buy that separately.

I own a couple Omega NATO straps which have a thin layer of leather on the inside sitting against the wrist. I personally find them to be of a much higher quality and comfort than the aftermarket options I have come across. Are they worth the price? I think that's an individual decision. For me, they certainly are.

Seriously, buy a $25 Toxic NATO Shiznit. Super high quality and way more comfortable than every average nylon NATO.

Have you seen the price of an AP strap?
