Skydweller Pricing

Any news updates on the Skydweller 2 tone or SS white and/or black dial models dropping in price? I'm wondering if the supply is finally catching up to the demand.

If not, any predictions when these will hit list price?

Honestly a good AD should be able to get you the two tone in a reasonable time frame. Seems as long as the tide is high all boats are up.

My AD told me a white or black face will take him up to a year to source... Wondering if it's worth it. Seems like the blue face are the only "rare" models.

You might check some of the TS listings; the TTs should be comparable to the ADs pricing.

Supply has definitely not caught up with demand. Far from it.

What do you mean, when will they hit list price? AD's only sell at list price. If you mean grays then my prediction is never !!

Been to 5 AD in OC/LA in the last week and have only seen WG, YG and RG models. Not a single SS

If you are looking for two tone. I think they are easily found in ADs at list price (maybe even a little discount). Stainless, the only one I think you have the chance of buying at sticker price is White dial used. Otherwise, patience is your friend. White and Black dial are definitely possible if you are willing to wait, then you pay sticker price.

I have seen several TT white dial skydwellers around Manchester so £10600 will be the price! You should also be able to claim back the VAT (20%) as a non resident when you leave making the UK one of the cheapest places to get a skydweller!

The SS models are difficult to get, I have been looking for a blue SS and no luck (Frankfurt, Prague, Vienna, Salzburg, Zurich the last week) although I have seen GMTs, Subs, sub no date and both TT versions!

Saw a TT white dial at my local AD yesterday. They also received in a Hulk yesterday, but it was already spoken for so the wait continues! I called back today to see if there was any chance the buyer back out, but they bought it.

TT SkyDwellers are £12600 so £10600 will not be the price

Here is a TRF listing, I've seen several others sell reasonably. I realize that being north of the border does make it a bit more challenging.

Looks like TT is too expensive to begin with. Doubt there's any depreciation below list price. Maybe i should stick with hunting a white dial SS at list.

Easy mistake to make, I also wrote £10600 in my post (guess I should head off to bed it’s been a long day) but bottom line is a white face TT should be relatively easy to source! Good luck and send us some picks if you pick one up

I've seen TT skydweller white and the black at only 1 AD in SF bay area.
Supply is definitely still low.

White is slightly easier to get than black, but both have very small wait from my AD. The blue is about is hard to get as a Daytona! I'm not sure about the two tone, but I don't think the wait would be too long.

I recently stopped by my local AD here on Maui. No SS and a long waiting list. However, they did have a TT on hand. Tried it on but I rather have SS or YG.

Only a Year to source, hmm that sounds little rare to me.

I have only seen one ss blue but never seen another ss piece. Pm, tt, now that is a diff story.

It will be years before an AD ever discounts a ss skydweller.

I've seen a couple of whites sitting out in display cases lately. Very, very nice watch. My favorite color for this reference.

In Wien they tell me about one year for SkyD blue dial! White it’s easy to find but blue it’s very hard!
About TT same problems black it’s hard to find and no discount and white and champagne more easy but I still don’t see on AD only PM SkyD!

I think the demand is just focused on the blue dial SS version. My AD had a SS white dial sitting in their case for 3 weeks before it finally sold.

Looks like prices for the white and black dials have come down a little. DavidSW has both for under $16k, which would be roughly similar to retail + tax.

Hope those that paid that feel good still.

Talked with my AD on Friday, part of a large chain across the US, they have had TT and yellow, but have not had a SS ever, and when one does come it, it’s spoken for to a Texas customer. (Big spender).

I doubt the people who pay over retail care of the price drops 6 months or a year after purchase, they can’t be foolish enough to think that prices won’t level out eventually.

Regardless, I would one million times rather pay a premium from a TS that I know, trust, and like and have the watch on my wrist to enjoy than to get on here and bitch about the lack of supply or the way the AD was treating me. And bottom line: not have the watch I wanted.

That's just me, though. My time is valuable and I didn't get into the watch hobby to save a buck.
