16710 GMT bezel
Are replacement bezel inserts for the 16710 GMT still available from Rolex? What is the real cost? I see grey parts dealers asking 500.00 for new in the package genuine Rolex Coke and Pepsi and 200.00 for black. Can any members enlighten me

Replacement inserts are still available from Rolex for the GMT and GMT II models.

I hear conflicting stories depending on where you live. Here in LA, u bring your watch to rsc, wait an hour and they change it on the spot for about $60. They keep the original though.

It's around 60 bucks, exchange. If you want to keep your old one they charge a core-charge of around 20 bucks.

I like the idea of having a black insert for me 16710 Pepsi. There's times I just want something less flashy.
Anyone with suggestions as to where to get this in the San Francisco or Sacramento area? (Ideally, for the most "affordable" price as quoted above!) ;-)

Check out Giovanni at the old SFO RSC over on 210 Post Street. I believe they still have a parts account and can quote you the current retail prices.

Yup, this is exactly what I did. Giovanni let me keep the insert I walked in with.
