Fake Datejust?

Hi guys,

So a friend bought his wife a DJ for her 30th birthday and I have a bad feeling about the watch. Could you help out? If it‘s fake - and I hope it‘s not - then he should know as he paid a lot of money for it.

I‘m not even sure what reference it is.

Lol... Why is it always the fake threads usually start with “ asking for a friend?”
Like your friend doesn’t know how to use a computer or join a forum or post a thread?

So help me out a bit here please fellas. How did you know it was a fake? I joined this forum to learn, and can't advance said learning if I can't pick to the flaws.

We don't usually make a habit of being specific about the flaws of counterfeits.

It helps the fakers.

I don't think he paid as much as he claims... that's not even a good fake... not even a convincing box

Yeah I thought so just wated to be 100% sure before conftronting him. He immediately admitted it. Kind of a dick move to buy your wife a fake watch for her 30th, especially when she bought him a pre-owned Speedmaster for his 30th.

Thanks guys!

Weird story by OP. His friend buys his wife a fake DJ after she buys him a legit SpeedMaster. The friend then takes a pic of the watch and posts it on the forum to then go back and tell the friend its a fake. The friend then tells him he knew it all along? After lying and stating it was pricey? What kind of friend/husband is this?

Sounds like the OP got finessed.
