New strap for my Speedmaster
How do you guys like this new strap? Gold alligator with polished buckle from Camille Fournet, Paris. Looks like a high quality strap, easy to install.

Looks good. The Speedmaster lends itself well to all types of straps.

I really like CF straps and plan to get a couple more from them for the Speedy Tuesday I have coming. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship is just superb. I also really like the ability to customize and also use their quick change system.
That said, I personally would not choose that particular strap material and color for the Speedy. I think that strap color and material is a bit too fancy/dressy for a very utilitarian tool-watch like the Speedy, and the strap overshadows the watch, instead of complimenting it. But ultimately, all that matters is what you think and there's no doubt you have a beautiful and well-made strap and an awesome watch! |

Looks cool. Dresses up the Speedmaster a little.
