Ah...those were the days..VAT refunds..drool.

I STILL have never been able to make it past the bouncer from 2020 on even with a 2 week lead time. Lol.

EWC had one in the 60's for the holiday. That's looking like a might good price in hindsight. Just like Conkers warned everyone to quickly hit the bid button on good pieces!

I’m not aware of the 1.5% tax. I have never been charged extra. 7.75% is the tax.

I recently bought at SCP and I’m pretty sure I got charged normal sales tax but I have to go check. Did you get your watch shipped to Bay Area? Might be based on your address. If that’s the case, I think it’s worth flying to SNA for a wkend and get a “free” trip out of it instead of paying a few hundred to get it shipped.

Yes I did have my watch shipped to BayArea. If you don't mind, can you double check sales tax you were charged if you were on-site @ Anaheim? I would have flown to Southern California due to multiple meetings I didn't bother. Many thanks!

Up on checking previous purchase<Onsite vs. shipped to BayArea) confirmed sales tax is 7.75 vs. 9.125. Next time, I'm flying down to Southern California. ;-)
