Thank you all. I woke early today and grabbed the bluesy just to stare at it :)

Congratulations!

Bluesy was also a dream watch for me back then.
Bought one 2007 pre ceramic one. Then unfortunately sold it circa 2011 due to financial difficulties.

Got one again now i guess you always go back to yoyr first love

This was the watch that made me fall in love with Rolex.

One of the best looking available.

Congratulations on a great piece. I was lucky to get one this week. We should be extremely happy, and I am.

I know not a grail status watch for most if not all here, but it is certainly for me :) Pardon the iPhone pics..

Royal blue brilliance can’t be captured by camera. One must see it in person. Here are pics compared to bright blue DJ dial and overcast picture.

Excellent photos

In some light it appears flat blue.

That would certainly be an added bonus for the visual effects of the dial. Been waiting slightly over a year from an AD in Perth Australia. Been reading that it has been a bit easier to obtain but over here its still like around the 1-2 year wait.

I saw/read that as well, even selling below retail. Not in my case here in Cali.

I got one a few months ago and absolutely love it. Wore it exclusively for 10 days in Singapore recently. Such a cool watch. I got my first Sub in 1989 and always had an eye for the bluesy, so like you it's been a long time coming. Enjoy.

The TT Blue submariner would be the ideal watch for the tropical humidity and utilising the glidelock .

The dial looks almost black in that aspect of light. The previous model I'm sure did not exhibit that.

I had to find the right angle to show this effect. Most of the time, dial is blue for the most part. I’m sure the previous model has the same effects but I may be wrong.

Edit: Perhaps the white text helps with the better contrast against the blue dial..
