I recently got my day-date serviced by Phillip/Bob Ridley and it was a great experience. I totally recommend them.

My watch was serviced by Phillip and not only he's a perfect gentleman to talk to, he's very knowledgable as well. He answered all my questions patiently and the quality of work is beyond perfect. Their fast response to every email is impressive. From now onwards all my Rolex will go to them only.
