I stupidly sold three GMTs over the last few years (1675, 16700, 16710), but I'm finally back in the saddle with this T-serial 16710. Not true vintage, but lug holes, all original tritium and what I believe is an unpolished case. I won't let this one go ... for now.

I'm the 2nd owner of this beauty, originally bought at the US Naval purchasing office in Hong Kong (for 847hkd or $141.... ).
Then headed back to a US Air Base just north of Saigon....in 1971.

Original 7836 bracelet in the safe with the box, papers and original sales receipt. 78360 on for daily wear :)

16750. 8.4 serial from 1984. I’ve had it for about a year now. Don’t wear it very often at all. In fact, until last week it’s been about 6 months since it got any wrist time. Not due to a lack of appreciation, I’m just very protective of her.

I imagine he had it replaced with a non-cyclops crystal. (Something, I've done on a few pieces. Really, truly hate the cyclops!)

This is my 2002 16750 Y series. Its seen better days cosmetically, although it runs beautifully, so I can't justify a service and tidy up at this stage.

Awesome thread; some great looking pepsi's!

Here's my A-serial 16710, I've posted this in a few other threads recently but can't not post here too

To answer the OP:

How long have you owned it...? 5 months

How much time does it get in your rotation...? Weekdays at the office

Why you own a Pepsi, not a coke or black bezel insert...? The watch originally came with a coke insert but pepsi is classic man!

The cyclops was replaced with a original T38. I'm with KingFace when it comes to cyclops - kinda hate them!

That's funny, my dad bought his DJ from the exact same store in 1987. It is in my possession now, with the receipt and cert.

That looks fantastic.
What reference / end links is that Jubilee?
I for some reason found the "older" I believe 6215 bracelet too "flimsy" for a late 16710 when I tried it. Worked well on a 1675 though.

Beautiful watches. I love the Pepsi and hope to own a birth year 1990 example some day.
