5711 has the best blue dial, IMHO.

AP would be the pick...

Even a 15400 Blue...

Curve ball... 116619. Considering market prices for the others, a true bargain currently

I would go for the Sky Dweller but I think the Bluesy 16613LB has the nicest blue dial out there

Interesting to see all the love for the 5712 now that it's hard to get. Few years ago they sold for a sizable discount and got no love on TRF Patek Sub Forum.

5711 Blue is awesome and wears great, and for me that is unusual as I am an AP fanboy. Instead I went with 5711 blue, silver AP 15400, blue ROC and will probably get a black SkyD. Milgauss? B**** please.

Try them on
If you like Ap or skydweller sizewise than you will not be happy with the 5711 probably...
Unless you are like me and just don’t care about size.
But honestly the 5711 is minuscule.

I vote for the AP 15202 Jumbo (wears bigger than its 39mm size) 12 years after acquiring it, it is still in my rotation.

I’m in the minority but I would say the Milgauss or even look at a YM. The red second hand works nice against the blue!

I'd have any of them.

I love the AP, I have the same initials and it has that industrial look to it Ilove. :), I'd also
re-mortgage if I had the opportunity to get a Patek 5711. But heres the thing. If i woke up tomorrow and reached over to put on the Milgauss I'd be a happy guy

Ugly is a strong opinion but personally I agree with you. The watch with wings appears stuck in the 70’s.
I like the Skydweller, tossing up now whether to buy an SS model. My opinion was based on the comparison of all the watches above, I like the AP thickness compared to the Skydweller.

As for the Nautilus, IMO its just ugly. I wouldn't buy it, even at retail (I don't buy to sell or invest). Obviously, based on the market demand lately, I am in the minority.

The 5711 is the easiest to obtain, so just go with that, since we're talking about a practical, real-world choice.

SkyD imho. Naut looks dated, ap too flat, mill in nice but out of it's league. Jmho

Durability goes to Rolex, then AP... Also consider service times and price.

I agree. I don't care at all for the look of the AP and PP. Scarcity, value, whatever. They don't appeal to me.

There are much better blue dials available, like the FPJ CB and VC Overseas. But if you’re limiting your choice to these five, the AP & the SkyDweller are the best blues, and the 5712 is the best watch with a blue dial.
