For the 5712 and SS SkyD: I appreciate these watches but just not for me.

For the 5711 and AP (any blue dial three handed variant): Great watches and certainly complete any collection. I personally wouldn’t go above msrp. And, to be Candid, in an ideal world where there was no scarcity/lists/grey/bundles etc, I’d be hard pressed to even go full msrp on them.

Milgauss: love it, great value (relatively speaking of course).

Blue WG sub and blue WG Daytona would also get consideration.

You can’t go wrong here. Maybe it may come down to what shows up first? Good luck on your decision and please share pics

I pick the 5712 and Blue SkyD. I had both and wear great on my hand. The SkyD is heavy and has a big presence. The 5712 is more discrete. Regardless I like both. I also like the stainless steel RO perpetual calender 26574ST.

If we're ignoring the movements, features, etc. beyond the simple "blue" dial aesthetic...

The 5712's blue lacks the depth, mystique, warmth, and dynamics that the 5711 provides- and it's not just in your photos where that's apparent. Look elsewhere and you'll see the same.

No, the 5711's blue dial eats, chews, and spits out the 5712 any day of the week. Too bad it's a massively overpriced watch (yes, even at MSRP) with a poorly designed bracelet and that ridiculous case surrounding it with Dumbo ears, staring back at its owner, giving a Jerry Seinfeld-esque "Really?" look, as if to say "You waited 8 years and spent $30-$40K on me?"

That blue dial makes it possible for that owner to go "yup."

If only Patek Philippe would take that dial and place it on the Aquanaut. That'd be the perfect Patek stainless steel model.

If you were considering the rest of the watch, and not just the blue dial, I guess you'd have to go with the Sky-Dweller or AP, I suppose.

I don’t think there’s a place for the Milgauss in this line up. DJ41 fluted blue, and VC Overseas blue, are good options too.

Pretty much none; the blue reminds me of the 60s double breasted suits.

The 5711 is the best looking timepiece, bro.

A lot have already been said about the 5711, so I won't repeat here and let the pic talks to you.

Not sure if the question is which watch has the best blue coloured dial or which blue watch would we choose? Is availability a consideration?

The SkyDweller blue dial is by some margin the best colour blue dial out of those pieces, but it wears very large (too large for most peopIe I think, me included). The 5711 is most certainly my favourite piece from your small selection, but is it really blue and prices unless you are on good terms with your AD are stupid and not worth it?

Not on your list but VC Overseas is a stunning blue watch and a great buy on the secondary market.

In my opinion to answer your question of best looking only it has to be the Sky Dweller by a mile but I wouldn't want to buy one because brand does come in to it in reality

If you're talking about the actual dial color....I think the 5711 wins here...overall I'd pick the 5712 out of these choices buddy. All great pics and choices!

CB is certainly unique as I've never seen another blue dial like it.. but I think the 5170p is the ultimate winner if you want to talk about how dynamic the dial is IMO for a blue dial. CB in most lights is one of 2 shades..... But the 5170p has so many more looks.

Alas... None of which on the list here.

Agreed. I can’t deny the blue dial from the king of the holy trinity
