What on Earth happened to this Deepsea Blue?

Just spotted this on Ebay, each to their own but not a good look for a Deepsea where did that Bezel come from?

Supposedly only the Bezel has been replaced

Even if the bezel was just replaced...the dial colors are completely wrong.

The blue is too bright and the fade to black is too abrupt.
