New case tube needed Yacht Master 116655

I have damaged threads on my case tube and I need to put a new tube in.
Does anyone know where I could get parts for my watch, it's Yacht Master 40 model 116655
I also looked for a die to open the back, but I could not find anyone that sells one my size. I measured the back and it's about 32mm from one side of the threads to the other and it's 39mm from one side of the back case cover to the other.
Thanks for your help.

Please take it to aa authorized dealer or service center! You don't want to scuff the gold, or allow water intrusion.

Don't want to offend anyone, but this watch does not look authentic to me...

If it's fake you can likely open the case by balling up duct tape sticky side out until it's big enough to grip and twist the case back off. Not sure where you'll get fake parts though.
